This Epoxy River L-Shaped desk was created from a large, 2-inch spalted maple slab, which we ripped down the center and flipped to create a live-edge center “stream” for our river. We then mitered the pieces to create our “L” shape and connected all pieces beneath using 1/2in plywood to keep in our Epoxy Pour. The Epoxy river was then created using X Epoxy and Meyspring Tropical Blue Pigment dust. Once cured, the top was sanded, sealed with a water-based Polyurethane and buffed.
